    Job Title: Sales Executive (MBA Fresher)
    Location: On-site (New Delhi)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic MBA fresher to join our sales team and contribute to our growth and success.

    Position Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in building relationships with clients. You will leverage your MBA education and fresh perspective to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and execute sales plans to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction. This entry-level position is ideal for recent MBA graduates with a keen interest in technology and a passion for sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels i.e. - tele-calling, networking
    • and referrals and thereafter doing Face to Face meetings with them.
    • Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and
    • business objectives.
    • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively
    • communicate value propositions to clients.
    • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to
    • prospective clients.
    • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to
    • inform sales strategies.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of
    • satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.
    • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT sales.

    Qualifications:
    Education: MBA in Sales, Marketing, IT or a related field.
    Experience: Fresh MBA graduates with a strong academic record and a passion for sales.
    Strong interest in technology and IT solutions.

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.

    What We Offer:

    The probation period will be for 6 months.

    Candidate will get a monthly fixed salary of Rs. 18,000/- during the probation period. They will also be eligible for incentives over and above the salary as per company policy.

    During the probation period company will evaluate the deserving candidates who will be offered position with a minimum CTC of 3.5 Lacs P.A.

    Comprehensive product training and development programs will be there for the employees.
