Job Description Job Description Role responsible for implementation & support for Corporate Secretarial activities for Indian and International entities of the organization. This is an operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the business. Responsibilities Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environment and assessing the implications on the Company. Participating in the Quarterly, half-yearly and annual compliance activities under the SEBI listing regulations, SAST, etc. Ensuring pre and post annual general meeting compliances. Manage activities relating to incorporation of companies, change of name, alteration of memorandum and articles of association, change of registered office Prepare necessary corporate secretarial document(s) for different projects. Develop and maintain insider trading compliance and similar compliances. Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries. Managing internal processes - invoice processing, data management, issue of letters, archival of documents, online filing of documents on server, internal stakeholder coordination, arrangements for Board and shareholder meetings etc. Desired Skill sets Broad knowledge of statutory requirements of various jurisdictions,
