JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Excellent opportunity to work with a reputed INTERNATIONAL AIRLINES - VOICE PROCESS

We would expect staff to be equipped with below skills for servicing our premium passengers.

 

  1. Staff need to have good comprehension skills and have worked with airline background to better relate to the product for at least 2 years.
  2. Staff need to have at least 6 to 12 months experience in servicing passengers enrolled in frequent flyer programs.
  3. Staff should be able to do multitasking.
  4. They have to be well versed with commercial booking, redemption booking, reissue, refund, pay with miles.
  5. Staff are required to do bookings with not only SQ but also with other airline flights using Frequent Flyer miles.

Staff will need to know the usage of tools similar to - ARD(CRS), CEM, MARMs(FF tools), SSH(Hotel booking), Reissue calculator.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work on the various front offices client tools as required for the specific queues and provide customer service through calls or chat.

Understand customer queries received through calls and act accordingly.

Maintain a healthy and clean work environment & adhere to company policies and procedure.

Continuous up gradation of process knowledge as required

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Excellent communication skills.

Comprehension - Ability to clearly understand the problem statement

Composition: - Ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate paragraph/essay/letter.

Voice & Accent: - Neutral Accent & excellent Voice SkillsGood analytical & drafting skills to respond back to the customer.

Strong customer service focus: -

- Ability to empathize with the customer

- Prioritizing customer needs

Desired Skills:

1) Self Discipline

2) Learning and decision making

3) Patience and action oriented

Technical skills: -

1) Basic Working knowledge of Computer & 2) Knowledge of desktop computer system

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION / Eligibility Criteria:

Must have

Graduate / Undergraduate. (No MBA, BTech, BCA, Bsc IT & CS, BE)

Comprehension skills to understand & communicate with all customers effectively.

Telephone etiquettes. Good to have Worked in Airlines Industry/ (reservation & ticketing)

IATA certified/Trained on foundation/consultant course (Airlines business)

Work on track & trace ( for logistic business)

Experience of 0-3 years desirable.

Experience in international call center will be an advantage.

Hospitality industry candidates from e.g. hotels, supply chain industry or any other service industry.

Experience of Air travel would be desired.

Knowledge of Western culture would be an added advantage. (USA/UK culture) , Should be flexible working in 24*7 rotational shifts and rotational week offs.

  • CST to Vashi/Belapur
  • CST to Thane (Before suraj water park)
  • Churchgate to Mira road
