We've started hiring for Customer Support (Voice/Semi Voice) position for Noida Location.

NO SALES - ONLY CUSTOMER SERVICE

Job Overview

We're looking for a customer-focused, positive customer service associate who can take end-to-end ownership of assigned customer requests and deliver prompt resolution primarily through voice, mail and chat channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
• Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
• Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.
• Update customer data and produce activity reports.
• Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
• Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers expectations.
• Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure.
• Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services.

Requirements

• Any UG / Graduate / Post Graduate, Fresher / Experience all can apply.
• Must be fully vaccinated.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Outstanding presentation skills.
• A highly organized and hardworking individual.
• Good customer service skills.

Max. Age Limit - 30

Working Days - 6 Days Working, 1 Rotational Week Off.

Language Requirement -

Good communication skills in English & Hindi both.

Salary

Fresher - 15k - 19k In-Hand

Experience - Up To 26k In-Hand
