Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for creative and self-motivated individuals with a pleasant disposition and positive attitude who share our passion and values.The role is unique due to the mission and strong value system of the founding company which is dedicated to providing joyful experiences to children after school hours and on holidays in a creative, imaginative and eco-friendly manner.
As it is an after-school play area for children which will run all days of the week, the weekly day off will be on a weekday.
1) Love spending time with children and are able to spend the day in a device-free environment creating joyful experiences
2) Love to imagine and create with children
3) Enjoy encouraging, nurturing and observing children
4) Are patient with children across different learning speeds and abilities
5) Love nature and want to play an active role in protecting it
6) Wish to learn and teach an interesting variety of different environmentally conscious activities including storytelling, puppet shows, painting, handicraft, pottery, recycling, gardening, rhythm, movement, song
7) Are eager to learn and experiment with new ideas and methods of engaging children
8) Are quick to receive and give feedback and are committed to constant improvements on the job
9) Have the ability to manage any part of the program at short notice
10) Can collaborate easily and smoothly with others, including peers and parents of children
11) Are committed to upholding the highest standards of personal integrity and work ethics
12) Are looking for an honest, fair, open, transparent and dynamic work culture which is merit-based
2) Conceptualize new stories, crafts, song and dance. Implement them and document them
3) Ensure the smooth flow of the program and schedule
4) Achieve the revenue targets for the center through consistently high feedback and service ratings leading to repeat visits
5) Seek feedback on the method and provide suggestions for improvement
6) Take care of childrens well being and safety while they are entrusted to the center
7) Collaborate pleasantly with parents and associates
8) Maintain a safe, clean, hygienic environment which is aesthetic and pleasing
9) Record the childs details including entry and exit and ensure the child is handed over properly to the guardian
10) Carry out the billing properly
11) Participate regularly in meetings, discussions and training programs
12) Take responsibility as assigned by lead anchor/manager/director in the interest of the organisation from time to time
13) Adhere at all times to the law, philosophy of the Center and the Code of Conduct, upholding the organisations values at all times
14) Take the place of the team lead in her absence and manage any special issues that may arise
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
