Telecalling Executive for ISP Partners (OTT Pre-Sales, Renewals & Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls to ISP partners, focusing on OTT pre-sales, renewals, and activations. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential ISP partners to promote OTT services. Handle pre-sales inquiries, provide detailed information about OTT packages, and resolve any queries. Manage renewals by reaching out to existing subscribers, explaining benefits, and processing renewals. Assist with activations, guiding customers through the activation process and troubleshooting any issues. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, sales, renewals, and activations. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends. Requirements Proven experience in a telecalling or customer service role, preferably in the ISP or telecom industry. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
