Job Description
- You Will Be Responsible For Responsible for all phases of product design from research to ideation, design iteration, prototyping and delivering high fidelity UI mockups, promoting and practicing Design Thinking Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. Proactively recognise UX/UI gaps in design and propose solutions for B2B and B2C products Ideal Candidate 5 to 8 years of overall experience with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Minimum 2 years experience with working in Internet consumer industry. Problem-solving and delivering innovative technology solutions that create value for people and organisations excite you. Your portfolio reflects quality work, thoughtful decision-making and good taste but most importantly, your interests lie in crafting cohesive user experiences. You love to take conceptual ideas and turn them into an elegant user experience. Knowledge of design system. You are proficient with Softwares like Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, Invision Studio or other visual/ux tools Prototyping using Gen AI technologies like Midjourney, Dall-E for faster execution Design courses from renowned institutes is mandate Good to have degree (Bachelors, Masters) in UX Design What You'll Bring To The Team You'll bring an in-depth understanding of design patterns across web and mobile platforms. You'll bring critical experience and skills in visual design, UX design, research, micro-interactions You'll bring a demonstrated ability to be a self-starter who will drive progress.
