We are looking for an experienced Kubernetes Administrator to join our team and play a key role in managing and optimizing our containerized infrastructure. This role requires strong expertise in Kubernetes administration, certification management, DNS, and networking within Kubernetes environments. You will be responsible for deploying, scaling, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability and resilience for mission-critical applications. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and manage Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments (on-premise and cloud). Monitor and optimize cluster performance, ensuring high availability and scalability. Implement Kubernetes security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC) and network policies. Manage Kubernetes certificates and ensure compliance with organizational security policies. Automate certificate renewal processes and manage cert rotation using tools like cert-manager or custom scripts. Configure and manage Kubernetes network components, including Ingress controllers, service meshes, and load balancers. Implement DNS services and troubleshoot DNS-related issues within Kubernetes clusters. Optimize network policies for secure intra-cluster communication and external connectivity. Develop scripts and tools to automate the provisioning, scaling, and monitoring of Kubernetes resources. Integrate Kubernetes with CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployment. Use tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK stack to monitor cluster health and resource usage. Diagnose and resolve issues related to networking, service availability, and security within Kubernetes. Maintain detailed documentation of Kubernetes configurations, policies, and procedures. Conduct training sessions for development and operations teams on Kubernetes best practices and troubleshooting. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Experience: 1+ years of experience in Kubernetes administration, with strong knowledge of cluster deployment, management, and troubleshooting.
