Role: Intern with PPO based on performance
Eligibility- 60 % (Throughout academics) with no backlogs

Key role and responsibility- Talent Acquisition
- Use various methods to recruit and network, candidates should have knowledge of different recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri etc.
- Coordinating for pre and post onboarding of new hires/ Handling queries of new hires and providing feasible solutions.
- To be innovative- should be able to think out of the box to source, attract and engage talent.
- Should carry high energy, be a go-getter, has sense of ownership and keen to take such initiatives.
- Ability to understand the sense of urgency, handle pressure & deliver within defined timeline.
- Should be ready to do any operational activities on the ground.
- Should be able to coordinate with various business Stakeholders as and when required.
Key role and responsibility- RMG
- Demand Planning, Internal Demand Fulfillment & Resource Forecasting based on demand requirements from opportunities & Projects.
- Preparation & execution of fulfillment plans based on the SO priority logged by the delivery in the SAP system as per SLAs and managing internal resource pool comprising of:
- Bench
- Releases from Projects
- Internal Job Postings & Rotation eligible resources
- Visa ready resources
- Bench Management
- Maintenance of Skill Taxonomy database (with input from HBUs/ Practices) and map resources against the requirements raised in the SAP system
- Visa planning and management of resources
- Rotation Planning in co-ordination with HBU & VBU SPOCs
- Planning the releases of resources from the projects and mapping these resources against the demand logged (SOs) in the SAP system
- On-boarding, Off-boarding, allocation, de-allocation of resources in revenue, cost & enabling projects
- Liaison with Talent Acquisition (TA) team for external hiring
- Operational Excellence Reports to various internal stakeholders
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Excellent People Management skills
- Excellent Communication, Coordination skills
- Co-ordination and program management skills required to interface with various stakeholders.
- Time management & inter-personal skills
- Excellent presentation/Negotiation skills.
- Ability to spot trends through multi-dimensional analysis and co-relation skills.
- Hands on experience in Microsoft excel & Power Point
- Good Analytical & Problem-Solving skills.
- Ability to Learn & grasp new concepts
