- Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling (40%) 1. One-on-one counseling sessions with students to discuss career goals and aspirations. 2. Assess student interests, skills, and values to identify potential career paths. 3. Help students create personalized career development plans. Career Development (30%) 1. Develop and lead workshops on resume writing, portfolio development, and interviewing techniques. 2. Organize industry-specific career fairs, guest lectures, and networking events. 3. Collaborate with faculty to integrate career development into curriculum. Industry Partnerships (20%) 1. Establish and maintain relationships with animation studios, production companies, and industry professionals. 2. Facilitate job shadowing, internships, and mentorship opportunities. 3. Stay informed about industry trends and job market demands. Alumni Support (10%) 1. Provide career guidance and support to alumni. 2. Track alumni career outcomes and success stories. Administrative Tasks 1. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and counseling sessions. 2. Develop and manage career resources, including job boards and career guides. 3. Participate in academic advising and student retention initiatives. Requirements: 1. Master's degree in Counseling, Career Development, or related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in career counseling, preferably in an educational setting. 3. Strong knowledge of the animation industry and job market trends. 4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience working with creative professionals. 2. Familiarity with animation software and technology. Performance Metrics: 1. Student satisfaction with career counseling services. 2.
