Job PurposeJob Context & Major Challenges Job Context Job Challenges: Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 1. Supervise shift operations of fibre manufacturing effectively and provide directions to plant operators / technicians. KRA10 10. Train workers for operation SOPs, WCM, SHE and other industry practices. KRA2 2. To maintain and control shift operations of equipment locally on the floor and centrally on DCS based on the process requirement. KRA3 3. Ensure shift operations are carried out as per defined SOPs. Shift process parameters are within defined limit. Trouble shoot as per SOPs in case of emergency and inform superiors. KRA4 4. Supervise and ensure adherence to all safety norms during shift operations. KRA5 5. Ensure reliable operational records are maintained for shift operations. To ensure that process parameters are recorded for historical purposes and to document performance metrics for the plant performance. KRA6 6. Participate in annual budget preparation and development of capital improvement projects with the process section heads. KRA7 7. Ability to understand and execute written and oral instructions and relay those instructions to subordinate employees and other Shift Engineers on subsequent shifts. KRA8 8. Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdown & preventive maintenance schedules. KRA9 9. Ensure adherence to defined SOPs for business excellence i.e. WCM, Sustainability, Safety in shift operations.,
