Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: 12 Years and above

Location: Bangalore

(Local Language is mandatory - Kannada)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Contract Labour Management.
• Good Team Management skills at multiple locations.
• Should be exposed to Basic Statutory Compliance like PF, ESI, Labour contract, IR Issues, Wages, Bonus, etc.,
• Ensure Employee Engagement Activities in the Circle and willing to travel
• Supporting role for approx. 5000 manpower.
• Core HR Activities including PMS, Recruitments etc.,
• Should be good at Vendor Management.
• Team Handling 20 Team to manage (direct & In-direct).
