Job Description: SAP Native HANA Consultant Position: SAP Native HANA Consultant Experience: 6+ years Location: Pan India (Hybrid) Availability: Immediate Joiner Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Design and develop efficient SAP Native HANA models, including attribute, analytic, and calculation views. Optimize SQL scripts for performance tuning and ensure query optimization in HANA. Implement advanced features such as table partitioning, data aging, and HANA performance improvements. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain HANA XS applications for data processing and integration. Ensure integration with SAP BW, S/4HANA, and non-SAP systems. Conduct system performance analysis, resolve issues, and provide recommendations for improvement. Manage data replication using tools like SLT, SDA, or SDI. Support system upgrades, migrations, and patch applications as required. Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and training to end-users and team members. Required Skills: Hands-on expertise in SAP HANA modeling, SQL scripting, and calculation views. Strong understanding of HANA architecture, in-memory concepts, and performance optimization techniques. Experience in integrating HANA with other SAP systems such as BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, and third-party tools. Familiarity with HANA security and authorizations. Proficient in tools like HANA Studio, Web IDE, and HANA Cockpit. Knowledge of ETL tools like SAP SLT, SDA, or SDI. Experience in HANA database administration and troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud-based HANA deployments on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of ABAP for HANA development. Understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and its integration with HANA. Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. SAP HANA certification is a plus.,
