Job Description

  • Produce quality responses to RFPs by following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone.
  • Maintain records of all proposals submitted and received.
  • Interacting with the clients over phone/emails to help them maintain their accounts/databases
  • Gather security related information by identifying sources of information and coordinating with key providers and other internal contributors for additional information if needed.
  • Establish priorities and target dates to ensure that the assessments are reviewed and submitted on time.
  • Gather and store feedback on assessments to help improve content and process.
  • Strive to meet performance metrics as well as quarterly performance assessments.
  • Support Security Risk and Compliance projects and operational activities, including responding to security diligence requests from prospective and renewal customers, supporting annual compliance audits, and conducting internal and Cvent vendor security risk assessments.

What You Need for this Position

  • Bachelors degree with strong academic credentials, technical degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in a technology environment, preferably in information security and/or risk and compliance management.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communications skills and a team-focused attitude.
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Experience with, or working knowledge of, security risk assessment and technical compliance auditing.
  • Good interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and teams with productive outcomes and developing strong relationships
  • Fast learning capabilities and the willingness to take up new projects and learning new technologies and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of common security audit frameworks and certification standards, such as ISO 27001:2013, PCI DSS, and SSAE 18 SOC 1 / SOC 2.
  • Knowledge of technical domains such as network security, cloud security, application security.
  • Good documentation skills, specifically for capturing and communicating platform management activities and workflows.
  • Candidates should be ready to work rotational shifts
