Workday Integration Lead - Chennai - Williams @ Williams Lea

Job Description

• Design, develop, implement, and support Workday integrations
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
• Develop and implement integration solutions that meet business needs
• Troubleshoot integration issues and make changes as needed
• Provide ongoing support for integrations
• Stay up-to-date on Workday changes and updates
• Work with other IT teams to ensure integrations are aligned with overall IT strategy

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with Workday integrations
• Experience working in a global organization
• Strong technical skills, including WorkDay SOAP and REST web service directories as well as security, programming databases
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
