Job Role: To provide e-mail chat support to the client of the company. Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction. Handling customer complaints and accordingly forwarding them over to a supervisor. Note: Candidate Should be residing within 30 km from Airoli. Requirements. Minimum Qualification: BA, BBA, BCOM, BBI, BAF, BMS (BSC IT NOT CONSIDER) .Diploma and Technical(BE, BTECH), BSC, BCA graduates please do not apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. Basic or good knowledge of MS Office(excel,word and power point) Comfortable with night shifts (US shift timings) Should have all mark sheets until last semester of graduation without any backlog / arrears, Aadhar card, pan card. Candidate should have fully vaccinated Salary Offered : Freshers - 19000 CTC per month Benefits PF ESI BOTH WAY CAB WORK FROM OFFICE,
