Job Description

Office Administration: Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow. Protocol Management: Handle protocol-related activities at the airport, ensuring compliance with established procedures, including luggage check-in and check-out. Serve as the primary point of contact for all protocol matters involving top management. Chairmans Residence Maintenance: Supervise the upkeep of the Chairman's residence, coordinating maintenance and service activities as required. Liaise with service providers to ensure smooth operation Requirements Skill Set: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.). Familiarity with airport protocols and procedures is an advantage.
