- About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Developer with extensive experience in React and a strong background in UI development. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Node.js and excellent problem-solving skills. As a Senior UI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain high-quality user interfaces using React. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver features and enhancements. Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications function well on various devices and screen sizes. Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain modern and competitive. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team. Develop and maintain reusable libraries and components. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Requirements Experience : 5-10 years in UI development with a strong focus on React. Technical Skills Proficient in React.js, including state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.). Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices. Experience with Node.js and its ecosystem. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. Knowledge of build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and package managers like npm or Yarn. Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, Playwright). Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to mentor and guide junior developers. (ref:hirist.tech),
