    WE ARE HIRING KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER { Business Development Manager} FOR ACERO Stainless steel modular kitchen & Wardrobes, Kochi Job Location: Trivandrum, Ernakulam Job Summary: The Key Account Manager for High-End Stainless Steel Kitchens is responsible for managing and growing relationships with premium residential clients and architects. This role involves identifying high-net-worth individuals, understanding their unique kitchen requirements, collaborating with architects, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales to achieve company revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals, luxury home builders, interior designers, and architects as potential clients. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. -Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client and architect needs and preferences to provide customized kitchen solutions. Sales Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the features, benefits, and design aesthetics of high-end stainless steel kitchens. Collaboration with Architects: Work closely with architects to understand their design vision and integrate kitchen solutions seamlessly into their projects. Project Coordination: Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure that client and architect expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - Experience: Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Sales Representative in the luxury kitchen, home furnishings, or high-end appliance industry. Skills: - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and closing abilities. - Ability to understand and explain technical and design aspects of kitchen solutions. - Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and creativity. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - *Other Requirements:* - Valid drivers license. - Willingness to travel frequently to client and architect locations. Key Competencies: Customer Focus: A deep commitment to understanding and fulfilling the needs of high-end clients and architects. *Sales Acumen:* Strong knowledge of luxury sales strategies and techniques. Technical and Design Understanding: Ability to understand and convey the technical and design elements of high-end kitchen solutions. Collaboration: Effective collaboration skills to work seamlessly with architects and design teams. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle client and architect issues and provide effective solutions. Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity Work Environment: - Field-based role with regular travel to client and architect locations and project sites. - Occasional office work for meetings, reporting, and planning.
