Role Description We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Java (or JavaScript) and Selenium, coupled with a solid understanding of Docker. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing our quality assurance processes, ensuring high standards of software quality, and delivering exceptional user experiences. Qualifications Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java (or JavaScript). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans. Implement and manage test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Utilise Docker for containerization of test environments, ensuring consistency and reliability in testing. Execute automated tests, analyse results, and report defects with clarity and precision. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Preferred Skills: Experience with additional testing tools and frameworks. Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
