Title: Sharepoint Admin Location: Mumbai India (Hybrid Role) Employment Type: 12+ Months Contract Job Description Key Words Sharepoint Online Licenses Hybrid Cloud Sharepoint Migration Quest Sharegate Role Overview A SharePoint Online Level 2 Migration Engineer is responsible for supporting and executing migrations to SharePoint Online providing intermediate technical support and ensuring smooth transitions This role requires solid experience technical knowledge and the ability to handle escalated issues from Level 1 support Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of migrations from on-premises environments to SharePoint Online Provide Level 2 support for migration related incidents and service requests Troubleshoot and resolve intermediate issues related to SharePoint Online migrations including data integrity permissions and site configurations Collaborate with Level 1 engineers project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful migration projects Develop and implement best practices for migration processes and procedures Escalate complex issues to Level 3 support or Microsoft support when necessary Maintain documentation of migration processes configurations and resolutions Participate in a 24x7 support delivery model or on call rotation as needed Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 12 months Work Location: In person,
