Desktop Support Engineer L1& L2 @ Acma computers

Job Description

We are Hiring for  Desktop Support Engineer L1 &L2 - ( Field work or Resident)

1. First level support for Desktop/Laptop & peripherals calls.
2.  Provide support for Windows 7/8/10 & MSOffice Software.
3.  First level support for Client Specific applications (Connectivity and configuration of applications only)
4. Timely and regular Antivirus signature update on Desktops
5. Coordinate with Suppliers/AMC Vendors for resolution of problems.
6. Troubleshooting , configuration, Active directory, Installation.
7. Implement hardening guidelines issued by client.
8. Install standard software based on the user category classification and business requirements as defined and provided by client.
9. Try to resolve Hardware problems or Escalate hardware problems for desktops to Suppliers/AMC vendors.
10. All calls for L3 Support for client specific applications will be escalated to the appropriate authority (i.e. Supplier or Project Manager or customer IT team).
11. Standard Email configuration and troubleshooting.

1) Should reside nearby western line or central line. 
2) Should be comfortable working in all three shifts and able to extend shifts when required.
3) should have experience in handling calls for Outlook 365, Video conference setup, Desktop and laptops, Backup.
4) Should have Good Communication Skills

• Qualification Required :12th HSC passed, any graduate.
• Immediate joiner or 10-15 days are most Preferable .
