About the job Job Title - Project Coordinator Experience Required - min. 2yr exp in the Industry Location - Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Onsite) Working Days- 5 (Monday- Friday) Shift Timings - US Shift (6:00pm to 3:30am IST, Day light savings 7:00pm-4:30am IST) Role & Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of the person will be coordination for multiple projects with internal teams and external IT resources. Ensures that project status, issues and successes are communicated to project team and all levels of management. Preparing and maintaining documentation and reports. Handling configurations and monitoring of various software and hardware like cisco, phones, WebEx, anydesk, TeamViewer, zoom and many more. Handles broad-based, often complex, communication for internal and/or external audiences. Creates a forum and format for ongoing open communication within functional area or among departments.
