Job Description

Position: Senior Executive Import Export Documentation Location: Bharuch Qualification: Any Graduate Experience: Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of Import/Export Documentation, preferably from a CHA background/industry. Salary: As per interview (No bar for right candidates) Responsibilities: The position will broadly be responsible: - To handle entire Export/Import Documentation related to Customs Clearance at location Bharuch. - To file necessary documents related to Customs through Online/Offline mode under merit and Licence. - Knowledge of obtaining clearance of shipments under FSSAI, PQ, AQ, ADC etc where ever required. - To liaison and coordinate with Shipping Lines, Customs and other stakeholders for a smooth customs clearance process, - To coordinate with transporters/transport team for placement of vehicles related to different types of shipments being handled at Branch, Skills: - Candidates should possess good communication, coordination, & interpersonal skills. - Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of C&F (Clearing & Forwarding) Activities (Sea & Air) of bharuch Port Authority. - Candidates should be well connected/acquainted with Freight Forwarding Customers & Trade. - Candidates should possess good knowledge of Customs Laws Regulations & Classification of Goods.,
