Corrugation industry The Corrugated Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the corrugated packaging production line. This role includes managing staff, ensuring product quality, optimizing production efficiency, and maintaining safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff in the corrugated packaging department. Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. Train and mentor team members on best practices, safety protocols, and operational procedures. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Maintain accurate production records and reports, including inventory management. Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is functioning properly and to minimize downtime. Address and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a supervisory role within the corrugated packaging industry or similar manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of corrugated production processes and machinery. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control processes. Working Conditions: Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures. May require standing for long periods and lifting heavy materials.
