The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships Responsibilities Developing and executing strategies to expand the company's IT business in international markets. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with clients and other organizations. Managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and delivering high-quality customer service. Conducting market research, analyzing trends and data, and providing insights and recommendations to the management team. Creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and other communication materials to clients and stakeholders. Good understanding about Tech Projects / Resource Augmentation Services Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure effective coordination and alignment of business objectives. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in IT business development, sales, or a related field. Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Several years of experience in IT business development or sales, with a focus on international markets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights. Experience in creating and delivering persuasive presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Familiarity with IT industry trends and technologies, as well as international business practices and regulations.,
