Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Web Designer (2-5 years) to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging web designs that capture the attention of our audience and drive user engagement. Key Responsibilities: Design and create innovative and visually appealing website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces Develop and implement responsive designs that optimize the user experience across multiple devices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and meet project requirements and timelines Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices to ensure we deliver cutting-edge designs that exceed our clients" expectations Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that meet business objectives Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other design tools Basic Knowledge of UI/UX, Adobe XD, and Figma will be a plus.
