Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Recruiter at CLANSTECH. The Assistant Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates. Additionally, the role will involve assisting with recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications Experience in sourcing and screening potential candidates Knowledge of recruitment strategies and candidate assessment methods Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Experience - 0-1 Year Job Location - NOIDA,
