Peoplesoft Techno-Functional Hybrid Across India Job Description: Production support for PeopleSoft Finance application Working on support tickets (incidents and service request) Working on break fixes and data corrections Night batch monitoring File Interface monitoring Creating and maintaining SOPs for production support activities Production support reporting Helping with periodic updates and maintenance like CPU patches, Tools Patches and Image Updates Helping onsite development team for customization and new developments Helping onsite BSA for functional documentations and analysis Requirements: Good analytical and problem solving skills Self-motivated quick learner PeopleSoft Technical Skills Worked on PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.56 and up.
