Job Description
- Sales Target Achievement: Ensure the achievement of monthly sales targets, specifically in Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Lead Generation: Generate prospective sales leads through direct sourcing methods (no DSA involvement).
- Cold Calling: Make cold calls and utilize databases to generate potential leads.
- Business Goals: Achieve a minimum monthly business target of 10 lacs.
- Application Coordination: Collaborate with the underwriting team to process loan applications effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of secured loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Proficiency in generating and managing direct leads through cold calling.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Proficient in building rapport and providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to independently handle sales calls and explain products clearly.
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and resolving issues proactively.
- Good command of the local language is essential.
