Desired Candidate Profile
- Preparation of Drawings:
- a.Conceptual drawings as per the statutory norms.
- b.Schematic Drawings
- c.Architectural Drawings
- d.Working Drawings
- e.Approval Drawings
- f.Presentation Drawings
- To ensure proper management of various drawings of all the projects, prepared on time, safe custody, issued to the Projects Department on time.
- Statutory Compliances requirement, of all projects in consultation with the Consultant Architect, coordinating with the Liaisoning Department and obtaining the same.
- Preparation of the approval drawings, applications for the competent authorities, applying for approvals, coordinating with the Liaisoning Department and obtaining the same.
- Finalization of concepts, Schematic Architectural workings and all other relevant drawings in consultation with the consultant architect and Directors.
- To ensure all the drawings, both In-house and received from consultants are verified to comply with:
- a.Measurements
- b.Engineering standards
- c.Workability
- d.Statutory Norms
- To ensure all structural drawings received from structural consultants are proof read by a competent person / agency / institution.
- To ensure the Sales Department is provided with relevant sales information such as:
- a.Presentation Drawings
- b.Perspectives
- c.Area Programmes
- d.Any other sales document, Are made available on time with high resolution, enabling the Sales Department
- To prepare the product collateral and coordinate for updating the website about all the projects.
- To take care of the Interior Designing of the office premises, upgrade and update periodically.
- To ensure the Projects Department, get, all the necessary drawings as per the work schedule, well in advance.
- To establish a free flow of information and to act as a catalyst between projects, Designs and Consultants.
Education:
UG: Diploma - Architecture, B.Arch - Architecture
PG: Post Graduation Not Required
