You will be responsible for the process design and play a key role in the technological developments needed to support the function. You will also play the role of change agent to deploy your design to the organisation. To ensure you deliver on this you will need to: Co-create and drive the vision for your functional product scope Collaborate across various functions to ensure aligned experience to the customer Generate ideas for optimization and process improvements and lead and support projects to make the ideas a reality Take responsibility for process landscape within your function and use visual tools to communicate your processes Be accountable for the continuous improvement of the functional product by monitoring the quality of the customer experience from Maersk and end customer point of view.
