The Role Requirements Capture includes working with Stakeholder Groups and Working Groups to capture functional and non-functional requirements. Process and activity flow mapping, includes Functional & Nonfunctional Epics/Stories mapped to Macro Level Journeys Working as a proxy Product Owner to create Product Backlog, review and ensure backlog is up to date and risks and concerns are prioritized. Backlog creation and maintenance Defining the Acceptance Criteria for all User Stories Working with the Product Manager to define the high-level scope & goals for each Sprint. Stakeholder workshops including Product Manager/Architects/Scrum Team/ business operations to understand business and technical needs required to support service being designed.
