Job Description
- (ACCOMODATION TRANSPORT) Key Responsibilities: Lesson Planning and Curriculum Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the primary math curriculum. Teach foundational math concepts, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, shapes, measurements, and patterns. Use visual aids, manipulatives, and interactive activities to make math concepts easier to understand and enjoyable. Classroom Management and Student Engagement: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaboration. Use age-appropriate teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Foster a growth mindset in students, helping them feel confident and capable in math. Student Assessment and Evaluation: Administer quizzes, assignments, and projects to assess student understanding and track progress. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and participation. Student Support and Guidance: Offer additional help to students who require support with specific math concepts or assignments. Identify and support students who may need extra attention and provide them with remedial support. Encourage students to develop a positive attitude toward mathematics and to practice problem-solving skills. Communication with Parents and Guardians: Regularly update parents on student progress and address any concerns related to student performance or behavior. Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student growth and goals. Professional Development: Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to stay updated on best practices in math education. Collaborate with colleagues to share teaching strategies and resources that enhance student learning.,
