Job Description

    Job Title: International Customer Service Representative

    Location: Mumbai

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Job Summary: As an International Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers worldwide. Youll play a key role in resolving inquiries, offering personalized support, and ensuring our customers have the best possible experience with our products and services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, where youll develop your skills and grow with a globally recognized company.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • HSC (Freshers or experienced)
    • Graduate (Freshers or experienced)


    Salary: Up to 35,000/month (based on experience, communication skills, and performance)

    Shifts: US, UK, and AUS shifts available

    Work Schedule: 5 days working with 2 rotational week offs

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Previous customer service experience (preferably in a BPO or international setting).
    • Strong communication skills with fluency in [languages required].
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
    • A team player with a positive, proactive approach to work.
    • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
