Role & responsibilities :- -Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling insurance policies. -Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents. -Achieving assigned PMS targets through intermediaries mapped. -Licensing ,tracking and activation of the agents. -Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and provide regular product and process training to them. Preferred candidate profile:- -Should be comfortable for Field sales. -Should have fire in belly for Sales. -Should have great communications.
