Position: Team Leader Mutual Fund Sales
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
Experience Required: 3 - 5 years in sales and team management, preferably in the mutual fund
Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Reports To: CEO/Director
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Recruitment and Development
Identify, recruit, and onboard sales executives to build a high-performing sales team.
Provide training to the team on mutual fund products, sales techniques, and compliance guidelines.
Conduct regular skill enhancement sessions to ensure continuous professional development.
2. Sales Strategy and Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team and organizational targets.
Assign sales territories and goals to team members, ensuring accountability and focus.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance to achieve consistent results.
3. Market and Product Knowledge
Stay updated on mutual fund products, investment strategies, and industry trends.
Educate the team on product features, benefits, and market positioning.
Ensure compliance with SEBI and AMFI regulations.
4. Client Relationship Management
Support team members in client acquisition and portfolio management.
Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, advisors, and distributors.
Address escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Reporting and Compliance
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management.
Ensure that team activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct periodic reviews of client portfolios to ensure alignment with investment goals.
Salary: Rs 4.80 Lakh to Rs 7.20 Lakh per annum.
