Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support through Chat
• Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines
• Previous customer support experience
• Ability to build rapport with the customer
• Ability to overcome objections and ask for the business

Key Skills:

• Preferred candidates with understanding on eCommerce websites
• Should possess effective written communication skills and comprehension skills
• Excellent Typing Speed: (At least 30 wpm)
• Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills, team player

Eligibility Criteria:

• 10+2/ Graduates with minimum 6months of experience (No backlogs & Not pursuing any regular studies)
• Minimum 6 months work experience into Customer Service
• Immediate joiners are preferred
