Hiring for TOP MNC, Technical Support

Location - Bangalore

Job Summary:

Candidates with minimum 1+ years of experience
Responsible for troubleshooting desktop environments running Windows operating systems
Providing technical assistance in product evaluations
Installing and configuring software and networking
Identifying and resolving issues related to computer and network connectivity
Working both independently and as a part a team
Upgrading and maintaining Windows networking, software, and other applications
Providing technical support to clarify Windows desktop problems
Assisting in testing, analyzing and resolving issues related to Windows operating systems
Providing enhanced networking and customer support services
Other Requirements:
Experience with Technical knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
Excellent interpersonal skills and should be a team player
Strong technology background is required
Should be flexible with rotational Shifts

Additional Information:-

24*7 Rotational shift
5 days working
5 days working, 2 days off
Salary upto - 4.50Lpa
Minimum 1 year of Technical Support experience is mandate
Location - chennai
