Salary: Up To 20k to 24k Take Home

Experience: Minimum 1 year of Experience into BPO

Shift: Rotational shifts/off

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls.
  
• Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints and closing the issues by resolving them.
  
• Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work.
