Job Description

Requirement Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).

Documentation & Design:
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and wireframes to communicate requirements clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
- Prepare high-quality documentation to ensure smooth project execution.

Technical Coordination:
- Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Assist in defining and reviewing the system architecture, ensuring compliance with user requirements.

Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test cases to ensure the system meets defined specifications.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure timely delivery of error-free solutions.

Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and seamless project delivery.

Market Research & Insights:
- Conduct industry and competitive analysis to provide insights that enhance business decision-making.
- Proficiency in BRD, FRD, user stories, wireframes, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and hands-on experience in coordinating UAT.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Educational qualification in B.Tech (Computer Science) or MBA (Marketing).
- Technical aptitude and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
