Project Manager - Industrial Projects

Job description

Planning, co-ordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects.
Solving technical issues, providing advice, management and preparing reports.
Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals, such as surveyors, engineers and architects.
Undertake technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
Supervising contracted staff and meeting with sub-contractors.
Reporting progress to clients and board members via phone calls, written reports and presentations.
Client coordination, problem solving.
Checking and preparing site reports, drawings and designs.
Using specialist construction management computer software.
Making safety inspections and ensuring site procedures uphold construction and site regulations.
Compile job specifications and supervising tendering procedures

Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil
