Project in charge High-rise Building


Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for Delivery in time, Safety, Quality and cost Determine and define scope of work and deliverables Determine resources needed to complete project Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites Prepare and monitor budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Manage costs in order to meet budget Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts Manage construction schedule and activities Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma B TECH BE Civil with 8+ years experience with minimum 5 years proven experience as Project Manager in contracting Companies In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards Commercial acumen and hands-on experience of P&L monitoring & costing Conversant with SAP Familiarity with construction/ project management software Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
