We, at Datamatics, are seeking experienced professionals from Market Research Industry for Client Servicing role.
The Research Manager will be responsible for client outreach and engagement, overseeing research projects, and leading a team of researchers.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in research methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project management.
Responsibilities:
Research Project Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute research projects from inception to completion.
- Define project goals, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful project execution.
Client Outreach and Engagement:
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and collaborators.
- Understand client research needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
Research Strategy and Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research trends, methodologies, and technologies.
- Identify opportunities for research collaboration and partnership.
- Contribute to the development of research strategies and initiatives to drive innovation and growth.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation to generate meaningful insights.
- Prepare and present comprehensive research reports, including key findings, recommendations, and actionable insights, to clients and stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 7-8 years of experience in primary market research, preferable quantitative or a combination of quantitative and qualitative research
- Strong understanding of research and data analysis
- Ability to manage client interactions, anticipating possible issues, handling end to end projects
- Strong leadership capabilities, fostering a collaborative environment and serving as a mentor to team members.
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks in line with deadlines.
- Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience on NPS, CX, Path to purchase, Voice of Customer, Mystery Shopping studies
- Hands-on knowledge on Analytical tools like R, Python, SPSS, etc.
