Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Manager/Area Head to oversee a cluster of 15+ branches in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the overall performance of the cluster, including sales, customer service, and operational efficiency
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Lead and manage a team of Branch Managers and other support staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions


Requirements:

- Minimum 15 + years of experience in banking, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
