Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We're seeking 20 Customer Success Associates to join our team in Jaipur. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for handling customer queries and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer concerns
- Utilize excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Graduate degree
- Minimum 6 months of experience in international customer support
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (5.5 days/week)
