We are Hiring at SBI Life for,

Position Title:
BDE /Sr. BDE/ BDM/ Sr. BDM

Location:

All Madhya Pradesh

Role:
Achieving sales target for the Region Relationship with BMs and CIFs

Reporting to : Area Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Achieving sales targets
Increase in number of CIFs / active branches
Training CIFs, encouraging SBI staff to become CIF
Arranging training programs for CIFs on products and selling skills
Increasing productivity of CIFs

Person profile:
Graduate with 1 to 6 years of relevant experience

Critical Competencies:
Professional degree
Product Knowledge
Action planning
Good relationship with BMs / CIFs
Good communication skills
Persuasive
Achievement of sales target
Relationship Management at Regional/Branch level

Work Experience:
Minimum one years of relevant experience in Insurance/Bank product sales
