Job Title: Branch Manager Leading Bank

Location: Shivninarayan, Jashpur, Chandurbazar, Murtijapur, Yavatmal, Nagpur, Sakoli, Bhandara, Koradi, Balod, Pithora, Brahmapuri, Betul, Chandigarh, Bikaner, Najafgarh, Lucknow, Allahabad

CTC: 8 LPA to 10 LPA (Based on experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager with 7+ years in Retail Branch Banking, including operations and sales. You will oversee daily operations, drive business growth, lead a team, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage branch operations and supervise staff.
Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations.

Requirements:

7+ years of banking experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
Experience in operations and sales.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
