Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader (BPO - Voice Process)
Location: Sector 21, Atal Nagar, Chhattisgarh 492101
Salary: Up to 23,000 CTC
Shift: Rotational
Nature of Work: On- Site
Job Type: Full-time, Regular

Responsibilities:

Drive team productivity and performance.
Develop strategies to achieve goals.
Foster a positive, open communication environment.
Monitor performance and reduce attrition.
Motivate and support team members.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in customer service (preferably voice process).
Strong communication, leadership, and PC skills (MS Excel).
Graduation not mandatory.
No prior team leader experience required.
