JD: He will participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. He shall ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and Partners.

* A Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science. or MCA.
* A Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Unix/Linux/Centos/Mac OS.
* Proficient in installing new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
* Excellent in scripting Shell/Bash and distributed programming language such as Python, PHP, Erlang, Shell Scripting, NodeJS. And can write new operational tools and automate tasks using scripting.
* Plan the infrastructure requirements with application developers and IT operation engineers
* Able to develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures. This includes proficiency in NGinx, Apache, Load Balancers, system monitoring tools, security monitoring tools, and databases. Manage various systems such as MySQL, Amazon's Redshift, Content Distribution Network, Kafka, NoSQL Databases, raw linux servers,
* Able to repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies. Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
* Able perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required
